Booking Inquiry Help

The “Booking Inquiry” gives access to the Booking information. You must supply the following information to perform the inquiry:

- Steamship Line from a dropdown list

- Booking number

The Booking inquiry first checks to see if the Booking entered has been scheduled for a NC State Ports terminal. If not, an error message will be displayed. If a valid Booking is entered, the inquiry results will be displayed. The following summary information will be displayed:

- Vessel and Voyage

- Vessel ETA

- Container Size and Type

- Total Booked

- Total Delivered Empty

- Total Received Loaded

Each summary line that shows containers have been received in full will show details by clicking on the “View Loads” link. This will show the following information:

- Container

- In Full Move and Date

- Completion Move and Date

The current on port status can be displayed by clicking on the Container. When the on port inquiry is complete, the button to “Get History” is available. The last 6 moves as well as when an Import/Full container was made available prior to delivery will be shown. Historical information includes the terminal, married equipment, transaction date, inland carrier name and move description.
