Attention e-Cargo Tools Users
The first phase of the Port of Wilmington's new VoyagerTrack
Terminal Operating System goes into operation Thursday, Aug. 23. VoyagerTrack will replace the existing Container Tracking System for all container transactions at the Port of Wilmington and the Charlotte Inland Terminal.
The VoyagerTrack system can be accessed at
voyagertrack.ncports.com.
The transition between the systems will last for a few weeks. It is important to note that
all transactions that took place before Aug. 23 will be found in the old system, while all transactions on Aug. 23 and later will be handled in VoyagerTrack.
During the transition, you may need to check both sources. Gate procedures at the Port of Wilmington and at the Charlotte Inland Terminal have also changed as part of this implementation.

instructions on the VoyagerTrack page to eliminate confusion and delays at the gate.
